I am Haruka CC, a professional Live2D rigger, but please feel free to call me CC.Since 2021, I have been working in Live2D rigging, and so far I have completed 100+ projects, covering independent VTubers, corporate productions, and a variety of original characters.
Across all platforms, I now have over 150,000 followers, primarily focused on the Asian market, while actively working to bring my works to users worldwide.
I am truly grateful for the trust and recognition from both domestic and international clients!My works can be found in the Showcase section, or on platforms such as Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, and X (Twitter).

- There may be a time gap between a model’s creation and its release, so the latest uploaded videos may not fully reflect my most recent technical capabilities.
- I am continuously learning and improving, always researching new methods to achieve more natural and efficient rigging results.

- If you strongly value having strict control over the entire process, my workflow may not be the best fit for you.
- My price list is flexible — the final cost may vary depending on the complexity of the work.
- Commissions are not an obligation; please only commission within your comfort zone.

▶ Will Not Accept
- Imitation / Remake / NSFW / Violent & Gory content
- Requests with multiple reviewers or handovers
- Requests from minors or without independent income
- Fully rendered art with no parting, heavy armor / mecha designs
- Forcing how XYZ axes, physics, or mouth shapes must be done (references to my works are welcome)

Commissions and inquiries are accepted email only.

(rest assured, all materials will be kept strictly confidential):
- Name of the illustrator
- Character illustration（PSD）( If your illustration is not yet complete, please provide the illustrator’s portfolio link and a style reference image)
- Known commission requirements (Please include a sketch if available, or describe them in text)
- Your preferred earliest and latest deadline
- Budget range (please provide a reasonable estimate based on the expected workload)
