1. Please provide the budget range you can afford (from standard to maximum).

3. If you agree with the preliminary estimate and confirm the collaboration, we will proceed to the schedule confirmation stage.
4. Only after the deposit is paid and confirmed will the schedule be officially reserved.
5. After the PSD is delivered, I will adjust the price according to the final requirements and, upon request, provide a detailed itemized breakdown.

5. Before work begins, only 2 revisions of the request are allowed; once production has started, no additional workload may be added.

1. The production period is 30–60 days (depending on the workload).
2. The work will be completed strictly within your scheduled month, or ahead of schedule, with prior notice.
3. During production, no progress video feedback will be provided (to focus on rigging and improve efficiency). However, you may contact me at any time; replies may be slower.
4. Once production ends, the model package, preview video, and related files will be delivered.
5. After the remaining balance is paid, the revision phase will begin.

5. Additional service for enterprises: Live2D Cubism file (CMO3) available for additional purchase, priced at 100% of the original commission price.

• Revision requests must be submitted once in a Word document (text + screenshots).
• Bug fixes are free; if a revision significantly increases the workload, an additional fee will be charged.
• Impossible revisions will be informed in advance.
• The first revision will be completed within ~1 week; additional revisions have no fixed timeline, and delayed feedback may extend the process.
• ❌ No major mouth shape changes / dynamic body rigging changes / repetitive or excessive revisions.
• 🌟 If there are reasonable suggestions that can improve the final result, I will be happy to make them free of charge.

▶ Rights

• Commercial and monetization rights for commissioned works are granted to the commissioner by default.
• The commissioner is not required to pay additional fees for profitable use. (Excluding CMO3 files)
• The commissioned work and files must not be used for AI training, re-licensing, or sub-commissioning.

▶ Prohibitions

• Using the commissioned work for illegal purposes.
• Disclosing information related to this commission or its specific price.
• Reselling or redistributing the model files or related materials.

▶ Disclaimer

• All profits earned while the commissioner is active as a Vtuber belong entirely to the commissioner.
• I am not responsible for any issues or incidents caused by the commissioner using the Live2D model for Vtuber activities.
• The commissioner’s position and actions have no connection to the rigger.

▶ Other Terms

• If payment must be made through a company account, please inform me in advance; related taxes must be covered by the client.
• If the commission is canceled by the commissioner, the deposit will not be refunded. If the commission is canceled by me, I will refund the deposit paid.
• After the commission is completed, no refunds will be issued without valid reasons.
